Aurora Guerrero

Aurora Guerrero is a queer-identified, Chicana writer-director from California.[1]Described as activist first and filmmaker second, Guerrero focuses on collaborative work with her communities creating art forms that offer opportunities for dialogue and education. Her film Mosquita y Mari screened at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival. She currently directed tv episodes of Queen Sugar and The Red Line, both produced by Ava Duvernay.
