Karrie Martin is a series regular on the newest Netflix series “Gentefied,” portraying the role of Ana Morales. Martin was born and raised in southern Louisiana to Honduran parents. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has co-starred on shows such as “Pretty Little Liars,” “The Arrangement,” “The Purge” and can be seen in David Ayer's The Tax Collector. Martin worked at Betty Mae Casting prior to “Gentefied” and casted movies such as Bad Boys for Life alongside Will Smith, Troop Zero and Dolemite is my Name which was up for several awards. She and her sister Nandy Martin “The Fosters,” launched their own clothing line, Martin Ave. The company was started with the motivation of giving back, so they partnered with Humanity and Hope United Foundation to give back a percentage of their proceeds to empower the communities in Honduras through self-directed sustainable change.
