Fabiola Torres

Fabiola Torres has led some of the most iconic brands of our time including Nike, Apple (Beats by Dre), and now PepsiCo.  

Torres joined PepsiCo in April 2020 immediately following the $3.85 billion acquisition of Rockstar Energy Drink. As CMO, SVP Energy Category, at PepsiCo she oversees a portfolio that also includes the new product Mtn Dew RISE. At PepsiCo, she oversees a team of 80 people for both brands and firmly believes that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed. 

An accomplished multicultural marketer, at Nike, Torres developed disruptive creative points and defined a brand voice in Mexico, Latin America, and the Hispanic community in LA. Which included record-setting campaigns for initiatives like Nike’s Air Max Day, Nike Women’s Marathon, and the Nike Vault that generated over 100MM social media impressions, the largest to date of any brand campaign. As an integrator and problem solver, she has also implemented new market approaches and global marketing plans in Latin America, Europe, and Asia that resulted in double-digit growth for Nike and Apple’s Beats by Dre. One of her proudest achievements includes the Unleashed campaign for Powerbeats Pro that included some of today’s biggest multi-sport athletes. 

A true diversity advocate, Torres was a driving force of Women @ Apple, a leader of the Hispanic community at Nike, a speaker at Girl Boss, and an award recipient of WISE and TrailBlazer for LA84, Speaker for Entertainment, Sports and Tech @ PULSE UCLA 2020.
