Hernan Saenz is the leader of Global and Americas Performance Improvement practice, based in Dallas. A 22-year firm veteran, he is also a core member in the Strategy, Healthcare, and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.
Hernan’s firm experience has spanned North and Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He previously served as the managing partner of our Dallas, Houston, and Mexico City offices.
Hernan specializes in corporate transformations, full potential programs, cost and operational turnarounds, and large-scale change efforts. He has extensive expertise across a number of industries, including airlines, consumer goods and retail, industrial products and services, distribution, and healthcare. He also supports clients on corporate and business unit strategy, growth and international expansion, and organizational and supply chain realignment.
