Paulina & Bricia Lopez

SUPER MAMÁS was co-founded by sisters Paulina and Bricia Lopez. They were born in Oaxaca, Mexico, where they grew up for the first few years of their lives. In 1994, they moved with their entire family to Los Angeles, California. Together with their brother Fernando, they are co-owners of Guelaguetza, a James Beard Award winning Oaxacan restaurant in Los Angeles, and are co-founders of I Love Micheladas, a drink mix company. In 2015, the sisters launched the Super Mamas Podcast, a judgment-free space where new, experienced, and expecting mothers can come together to not only exchange knowledge but provide support for one another during the emotional ups and downs of motherhood.

Today, the SUPER MAMÁS host three annual events, distribute a bi-weekly newsletter, and distribute their podcast through all major channels including iTunes and Spotify. The podcast has become the fastest growing parenting podcast to date, reaching thousands of moms across the country every week. Their digital platform, SuperMamas.com, nourishes their community through their weekly blog posts and merchandise sales.
