Role Description

The role of L’ATTITUDE’s social media manager includes establishing L’ATTITUDE’s online presence and brand value by promoting L’ATTITUDE and its mission through the use of videos, photos, and infographics on social media platforms.


The L’ATTITUDE social media manager will work closely with the L’ATTITUDE marketing team and provide close intel on all marketing updates to highlight on L’ATTITUDE’s social media platforms.


The social media manager will develop a strategy to promote the annual event, as well as enhance engagement, reach, and oversee all interactions across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn - each tailored with varied messages and strategies to engage each unique community.

Social Media Manager Duties Include

  • Creating biweekly content calendars throughout the year
  • Content creation

  • Stories
  • Community engagement and outreach
  • Daily community management – responses, outreach, comments, etc.
  • Reshare tagged stories and engage with tagged posts or mentions
  • Analyze engagement data
  • Identify organic posts to be boosted or turned into paid advertisements
  • Identifying trends that can be utilized on L’ATTITUDE platforms - unique to each social media platform
  • Staying knowledgeable on updates surrounding the Latino community
  • Staying up to date on social media trends and apps to create eye-catching and engaging posts
  • Strategy for event promotion, inclusive of: Contest/Giveaway ideas, UGC, and data capture & Lead conversion
  • Monthly reports to track metrics, high/low performing content, content observations, audience trends, and overall account performance
  • Creation of social media kits for event participants and sponsors
  • In-person, in-event coverage

The role of the social media manager is ever-evolving with trends and strategies that meet the evolution of the annual event and any support events or activities throughout the year.


The social media manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with her on all projects.


Requirements & Skills

Must possess a high caliber of analytical and written skills. A firm grasp of visual storytelling, especially as it relates to data and written materials

Must understand data and metrics for reporting as well as for translating into graphics and impactful posts

Up to date with current events and trends, particularly in the Latino Community
