L’ATTITUDE EVENT
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

L’ATTITUDE has established the following COVID-19 protocols based on the local health and safety guidelines.

To pick up your badge and enter the event, you must submit to a rapid antigen test on-site the same day as the event with the understanding that if the test comes back positive you will not be allowed to attend the event. You must also sign the health attestation and waiver/consent form confirming that:

  • You have not been diagnosed with or tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days
  • You have not had a cough, temperature of 100.4F or above, or any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days. If you develop any of these symptoms at any point before or during the event, you will immediately inform the event staff.
  • You have not been in close contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or an individual self-isolating for COVID-19

Face coverings (masks completely covering nose and mouth) are required for all guests, personnel, volunteers, and speakers, regardless of vaccination status, during all indoor events and activities, with the following exceptions:

  • Individuals with a medical health condition or disability that prevents them from wearing a mask;
  • Persons for whom wearing a mask would create a risk related to their work, as determined by local, state, or federal regulations or workplace safety guidelines:
  • Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.
  • Individuals seeking an exception meeting any of the above conditions are required to provide proof of vaccination prior to entry into the event site.

Entry Requirements

Members and attendees are required to undergo COVID-19 testing prior to entering the event. On-site testing will be administered by Ailm Medical at the Marina Room across from Sally’s Fish House. The hours are listed below.

Event On-site Testing Dates and Hours

  • Wednesday, September 21st: 12 pm-8 pm
  • Thursday, September 22nd: 7 am-7 pm
  • Friday, September 23rd: 7 am-8 pm
  • Saturday, September 24th: 7am-8pm
  • Sunday, September 25th: 8am-5pm

***Consider your meeting times prior to arrival as testing service time may be delayed due to high volumes.***

One-time Registration

It’s simple and quick. Use your phone camera app and hover over this QR code to access the webpage or click here in your web browser.

Register

  1. Begin registering for your test by hovering over the QR code or use the click this link to create an account. Creating an account during the registration process will prevent you from having to create one once your results are ready.
  2. Complete your contact and demographic information.
  3. Enter an email address and phone number that you can access at all times. This will be how you will be notified of your results.
  4. Have your insurance card on hand as you will need to capture an image while registering.
  5. Confirm all information is correct.
  6. If prompted, confirm your email address and/or set up multi-factor authentication.
  7. Then Submit.

Check-In

  1. Report to Health Suite/Testing area.
  2. Our team will confirm your last name, date of birth, and insurance information.
  3. You will be given a personalized test I.D on a barcode label.
  4. Once you have been checked in, a confirmatory email/text will be sent to you.
  5. You will then be directed to proceed to the collection area with the barcode label.

Specimen Collection

  1. Give the barcode label to the healthcare professional. They will supervise to assist collection with the provided self-collection test kits. Once completed you will be directed to the waiting area for Antigen results.
  2. Our test processing time is around 30 minutes for Antigen and 24 hours for PCR so be sure to keep an eye on your emails and text. Depending on the volume of testing needs the resulting time may be longer and we will provide an estimated result delivery at the time of service.
  3. Results may take up to 5 minutes to post once your results have been submitted.

Results

  1. You should receive an email and/or text notifying you that your results are in.
  2. Click the link.
  3. You will be required to log in to your account. If you have not done so, you will need to create one in order to access your results.
  4. Once you have accessed your results, please screenshot the result document to present to the event registration team for entry.
