Mr. Vinciquerra has been the CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. since June 2017. He oversees the studio’s global operations, including motion picture, television and digital content production and distribution, worldwide media networks, home entertainment acquisition and distribution, operation of studio facilities, and the development of new entertainment products, services and technologies. Prior to joining Sony, Mr. Vinciquerra was a senior advisor to Texas Pacific Group (TPG) in the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors, where he advised TPG on acquisitions and operations, from 2011 to 2017. Mr. Vinciquerra was chairman of Fox Networks Group, the largest operating unit of News Corporation, from 2008 to 2011, and president and CEO from 2002 to 2011. Earlier in his career he held various management positions in the broadcasting and media industry. Mr. Vinciquerra holds a B.A. degree in marketing from the State University of New York.
John Donahoe is President and Chief Executive Officer of NIKE, Inc. John will lead the continued growth of the Nike Brand as well as NIKE, Inc.'s global business portfolio, which includes Jordan Brand and Converse Inc. Before joining Nike as CEO in January 2020, Donahoe had served on Nike’s Board of Directors since 2014. Previously John was president and CEO for ServiceNow and eBay, and continues to serve as Chairman of the Board at PayPal. Earlier in his career, he worked for Bain & Company for almost 20 years, becoming the firm’s CEO in 1999. A former basketball player and lifelong sports fan, John received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford Business School.

NAHREP is the nation’s largest Hispanic business organization with over 30,000 members and 75 local chapters. In his capacity as CEO of NAHREP, he created the Hispanic Wealth Project, a 501c3 non-profit organization with a strategic plan to triple Hispanic household wealth by 2024.

He is one of the founding leaders of the Latin Grammy Awards. He was selected as the second vice chair to the Commission for the National Museum of the American Latino by President Barack Obama, and President George W. Bush appointed him as a member of the President’s Committee of the Arts and Humanities. He is an entrepreneur owning and operating seven restaurants, two hotels, and an internationally recognized publishing company. In 2019, along with his wife Gloria, he received the coveted Gershwin Prize by the Library of Congress for excellence in songwriting.

She is an American marketing, media and political consultant, a thought leader combining 28 years of experience in politics, the corporate world and media. In September 2016, Ryan R. Marshall was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PulteGroup, Inc., among the nation’s most geographically and product-diverse homebuilders with operations in 26 states. The Company serves all major consumer groups through its family of national brands which include Pulte Homes, Centex, Del Webb, DiVosta Homes and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. Having managed many of the Company’s largest operations during his tenure, Mr. Marshall has a deep understanding of the homebuilding business. Mr. Marshall most recently served as PulteGroup’s President with responsibility for the Company’s homebuilding operations and its marketing and strategy departments. Prior to being named President, Mr. Marshall was Executive Vice President of Homebuilding Operations. Other previous roles included Area President for the Company’s Southeast Area, Area President for Florida, Division President in both South Florida and Orlando, and Area Vice President of Finance. In those roles, he has managed various financial and operating functions including financial reporting, land acquisition, and strategic market risk and opportunity analysis. Mr. Marshall received a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

José was formerly on the board of directors for Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc., Burger King’s largest franchisee and served as Co-Chairman of the Burger King McLamore Foundation, an organization that creates brighter futures through education and emergency relief. He is also an active member of the Florida Council of 100, a group dedicated to promoting the economic growth of Florida. Earlier in his career, José held the position of Vice President and Regional General Manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in Florida. He is a graduate of Tulane University and started his career practicing law after earning his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Ryan Schneider became Realogy’s Chief Executive Officer effective December 31, 2017. He joined the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer in October 2017 after nearly 15 years of senior leadership experience at Capital One Financial Corporation. He is a member of Realogy’s Board of Directors. From 2007 to 2016, Schneider was President of Capital One’s Card division, its largest business, where he oversaw all of Capital One’s consumer and small business credit card lines in the United States, U.K. and Canada. He managed a staff of more than 10,000 employees and reported directly to Capital One’s Chief Executive Officer. Schneider joined Capital One in 2002 and held a variety of leadership positions within Capital One through 2007, including Executive Vice President and President, Auto Finance, which did the majority of its business with franchised auto dealers, and Executive Vice President, U.S. Card. He also served as a director of Capital One Bank (USA), National Association. Schneider has substantial experience in public policy and regulatory affairs, including meeting with a sitting President of the United States and testifying in front of a Senate committee. Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in financial services clients with an emphasis on consumer credit and insurance. Schneider received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.

Peabody award-winning anchor, María Elena Salinas, who is described as the “Voice of Hispanic America” by the New York Times is one of the most recognized and influential journalists in the United States. She is currently a contributor with CBS News across all platforms. After over three decades as co-anchor and correspondent of Noticiero Univision and co-host of news magazine “Aquí y Ahora” Salinas began a new chapter in her career as an independent journalist and producer and principal of MES Multi-Media LLC. In one of her first projects she hosted and executive produced “The Real Story with Maria Elena Salinas” on the Investigation Discovery network. Salinas began her journalistic career in television as a reporter, anchor and public affairs host for KMEX-34 in 1981. Being a witness to history, during her long illustrious career Salinas has covered some of the most important world events, from presidential elections in the United States and Latin America to Superpower Summits, armed conflicts and natural disasters among others. Salinas has interviewed dozens of heads of state as well as famous entertainers. She has received accolades for her coverage of the Hispanic and immigrant community in the United States.
Oscar Munoz is the executive chairman of the board of directors of United Airlines Holdings, Inc. He previously served as the company’s chief executive officer from September 2015 until May 2020, where he played an integral role in introducing a new spirit of United. Under his leadership, United began its transformational journey to listen to and focus on customers, placing them at the center of the business. This new mindset helped to deliver strong operational and financial performance, quarter after quarter.

Emily Estefan was born to Emilio and Gloria Estefan on December 5, 1994 in Miami Beach, Florida. Estefan developed a passion for music as a child, and began performing on stage at 8 years old. Since then, her musical career has spanned across several platforms including writing, producing, arranging, and performing music.
Faulkner is Head of Unscripted for Facebook Watch Originals. Recent hits include Red Table Talk, 9 Months with Courteney Cox, The Beibers On Watch and Paris Jackson: Unfiltered. Co-Productions, Video Podcasts and content oversight for product launches also fall under his remit. Formerly a VP of programming and development at A+E Networks, he began his career as a journalist with BBC Radio and rose through the ranks at ITV UK before moving to the US 14 years ago as an unscripted showrunner. Faulkner is currently based in Los Angeles with his family.

Leila is considered one of the world’s leading experts in Latin music and is the first Latina writer in the United States to cover Latin music in an extensive and consistent manner for a major media brand. Under her tenure, Billboard has become the single, most read and viewed source of Latin music in the world, with Billboard’s Latin content garnering over 2 million unique visits per month on Billboard.com. This, in addition to Billboard’s Latin social media accounts, YouTube channel and Latin podcast. Leila also works closely with broadcast partner Telemundo on the Billboard Latin Music Awards and programs the yearly Billboard Latin Music Conference, known as the most prestigious and largest gathering for the industry in the world.
Mónica Gil is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative and Marketing Officer of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, the leading media company serving the 60 million Latinos living in the U.S. In this role, she is responsible for the operations, growth marketing, and strategy and insights for the company. Additionally, Gil oversees Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Government Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. She reports to Beau Ferrari, Chairman, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, and plays a key strategic and operational role on his executive team.
Lindsay Toczylowski is the co-founder and the Executive Director of the Immigrant Defenders Law Center (ImmDef), a next-generation social justice law firm that defends our immigrant communities against injustices in the legal system. Lindsay is a social entrepreneur whose work to increase access to justice for immigrants is at the forefront of the movement for universal representation. ImmDef focuses on representing the most marginalized immigrants in CA and is one of the largest deportation defense providers in the state. She was recently named one of California’s Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers by the Daily Journal.
Twice named to Time’s “100 Most Influential People” list and recipient of the 2015 National Humanities Medal, José Andrés is an internationally-recognized culinary innovator, New York Times best-selling author, educator, humanitarian, and chef and owner of ThinkFoodGroup, the award-winning collective of nearly thirty restaurants throughout the country and beyond. In 2010, Andrés founded World Central Kitchen, a non-profit specializing in delivering food relief in the wake of natural and humanitarian disasters. Notably, his team served 3.7 million meals to the people of Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria and has since served more than 20 million meals worldwide. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, WCK has partnered with restaurants, small farms, and local partners around the country to combat food insecurity. A naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Spain, Andrés has been a tireless advocate for immigration reform and on July 4, 2014 was named by President Barack Obama as that year’s “Outstanding American by Choice.”
Ivelisse Rodriguez Simon is a Managing Partner of Avante Capital Partners. Based in Los Angeles, Ms. Simon is responsible for identifying, executing and managing investment opportunities. Three years later, he became Chairman/CEO, adding Spain and Portugal to his oversight. Prior to joining Sony, Verde a musician-turned-producer, began his career in music 30+ years ago as a founding member of Lae Zimbabwe Reggae Band. With his unique blend of artistry, creative and commercial intuition, Verde has made Sony “the preeminent home of the artists” nurturing the careers of Latin music’s most notable entertainers, including Jennifer Lopez, Rosalia, Maluma, Shakira, Residente, Kany Garcia, Julio Iglesias, Gloria Estefan, Roberto Carlos, Ricky Martin, Carlos Santana, and the late Argentinian pop-rock legend, Gustavo Cerati, among others.
Alexandra Lioutikoff is the President of Latin America and U.S. Latin for UMPG. She is the first female president of Latin America and U.S. Latin for a major music publishing company. A 25-year music industry veteran, Alex is responsible for the growth and development of U.S. Latin and Latin American territories for the company, overseeing operations across 19 countries and building UMPG’s Latin songwriter roster.
Jorge Mejia is President & CEO for Sony/ATV Music Publishing Latin America and US Latin, a role in which he is responsible for Sony/ATV Music Publishing’s operations across Latin America and the US Latin market, with offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Miami.
Noerena leads NAHREP's policy and advocacy efforts, as well as the Hispanic Wealth Project. Noerena comes to NAHREP after spending over ten years in the Federal Government, including serving at the CFPB, The White House, and Capitol Hill. Noerena received her B.A. from UC Berkeley and MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Sara Rodriguez is the CEO/Owner of Titan Title and a partner at Mendez Rodriguez, PLC. Her practice specializes on all matters related to residential and commercial real estate transactions. She served as 2016 President of NAHREP Northern Virginia and has served on the chapter’s board of directors since 2013 in various leadership roles. Additionally, she serves as a national chapter coach.

Under his leadership Cano Health has become one of the most respected private enterprises in the nation, having been ranked as the fastest growing Population Health company in the country by Inc. magazine for two years in a row (2019-2020).
Leon Brujis joined Palladium Equity Partners in 2007 and serves as Partner. Mr. Brujis is responsible for originations and underwriting. Over the last 12 years, Mr. Brujis has led transactions amounting to over $0.5 billion covering a wide range of transaction types including leverage buyouts, minority investments, recapitalizations, public equity investments, among others.
